Damages, Issues & Refund Policy
At Secret Dabba, we take great care in packing and delivering your orders with love and attention to detail. Since many of our products are personalized and made-to-order, we request customers to carefully review the following policy regarding damaged items, incorrect orders, and refunds.
Damages & Incorrect Items
We kindly request you to inspect your order immediately upon delivery. To help us resolve issues quickly and fairly, please record a clear unboxing video while opening the package. The video should clearly show:
- The sealed package before opening
- The shipping label visible on the package
- The condition of the product upon opening
If you receive:
- A damaged product
- A defective item
- The wrong item
- An item with missing components
Please contact us within 24–48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Photos/videos of the issue
- A brief explanation of the problem
Once we receive the details, our team will carefully evaluate the issue and provide a suitable resolution, which may include a replacement, store credit, or refund depending on the case.
Please note:
- Claims made without an unboxing video may not be eligible for replacement or refund.
- Minor variations in color, texture, or print alignment may occur due to screen settings and handcrafted/personalized production processes and shall not be considered defects.
Refunds
Once your return request is received and inspected by our team, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:
- The refund will be processed to your original payment method.
- Processing times may vary depending on your bank, UPI provider, or credit/debit card issuer.
- Refunds usually reflect within 5–10 business days after approval.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds, replacements, or cancellations will not be applicable in the following situations:
- Incorrect spelling, names, dates, photos, or customization details submitted by the customer
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided during checkout
- Incorrect recipient phone number or contact details
- Delivery delays caused by courier partners, weather conditions, strikes, or unforeseen circumstances
- Refusal to accept the order at the time of delivery
- Personalized/custom-made products once production has started
As most of our products are customized specifically for each customer, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges unless the product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
